The Problem We Solved Running a busy restaurant is chaotic. Most cafes juggle three or four different screens: a tablet for delivery apps, a cash register for walk-ins, handwritten paper tickets for the kitchen, and a messy Excel sheet to guess what is left in the fridge. This causes lost orders, cold food, and missing ingredients.
We built a single, easy-to-use system where the cashier, the kitchen, and the delivery drivers are all connected on one platform.
- The Fast Checkout Counter (POS) We built a simple touchscreen dashboard for cashiers to take dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders. It calculates the bills, handles combo deals instantly, and tracks the exact cash in the drawer for every staff member's shift.

2. The Smart Kitchen Screen We got rid of lost, messy paper tickets. Now, when a cashier takes an order, it pops up instantly on a screen in the kitchen. Color-coded timers show the cooks exactly how long a customer has been waiting, turning yellow or red if an order is taking too long.
3. Commission-Free Customer Website Instead of giving away 30% of your profits to third-party delivery apps, we built a custom online menu. Customers can browse food, customize their meals, and order directly from their phones. As soon as they hit order, it rings directly in the kitchen.
4. Live Delivery Driver App When the food is packed, the system sends it straight to the delivery driver's phone. The app gives the driver a one-tap Google Maps route to the customer's front door. Once handed over, the driver taps "Delivered," and the restaurant owner sees it instantly.
Behind-the-Scenes Features Even though you can't see them on a screen, this system is packed with tools to save restaurant owners money:
-
Automatic Inventory Tracking: Every time you sell a burger, the system automatically subtracts a bun, a patty, and the exact amount of cheese from your digital stock. It alerts you before you run out of ingredients so you never over-order or waste food.
-
Staff & Shift Management: Tracks exactly who is working, when they clock in, and who is responsible for the cash drawer at the end of the night.
-
Instant Receipt Printing: Connects directly to thermal printers to automatically print customer bills and kitchen tickets the second an order is placed.
